Phil and Doug are Infrared Certified
Phil Henderson and Doug Bell earn the Infrared Certified Designation from the Internation Association of Certified Home Inspectors. The course is an intense look at infrared technology and the use of infrared cameras in the field of home and building inspections.
Phil Henderson is selected to participate in a national infrared task force
Phil Henderson is invited by RESNET to participate as a task force member for development of infrared standards for home energy audits.
Phil Recently completes a plumbing leaks analysis of 42 new town homes in Shippensburg PA. The contractor failed to properly test the drain lines before finish work and leaks were discovered after some of the town homes became occupied. " With the infrared camera and specialty moisture meters we were able to identify multiple areas of drain stack leaks and upper level shower drain leaks. We were able to save the owners thousands of dollars in repair expenses by isolating unseen water leaks before they could do extensive damage".
